Ambassador met with the Heads of the Business Chambers in Ankara

Ambassador M.R. Hassen made courtesy calls to the President of Ankara Chamber of Industry Mr. Nurettin Özdebir and  the President of Ankara Chamber of Commerce Mr. Gürsel Baran and exchanged views on enhancing business and developing trade network between the two countries.

Ambassador was accompanied by Counsellor (Commercial) Ms. Yoshitha Jayasuriya during the meetings.

Increasing the current trade volume and attracting Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) were the main topics during the meetings.

Also, Ambassador invited both Chambers to Sri Lanka to seek the business and investment opportunities as well as to enjoy the touristic attractions of Sri Lanka.
