Embassy screens Sri Lankan Film in Ankara for the first time

Embassy of Sri Lanka in Ankara for the first time in history of the Mission in collaboration with the National Film Corporation of Sri Lanka and with Directorate General of Cinema of Turkey screened an award-winning Sri Lankan Film, “Vishama Bhaga – The Other Half” in the historical film saloon of Cinema Directorate General, Ankara of the Culture and Tourism Ministry on 30th November.

Diplomatic Corp, academics, government officials and students from universities in Ankara, Sri Lankan community in Turkey and other Mission’s officials enjoyed the film. The invitees were treated with Sri Lankan snacks and Ceylon tea.
