Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority Opens Up Lands for Potential Foreign Investors

The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism, is delighted to present a selection of strategically located prime land parcels for sustainable tourism-related investments. Aligned with Sri Lanka’s long-term goal of positioning itself as a top tourism hub in Asia, these lands are situated in key geographic regions and tourism zones identified for their high potential. The SLTDA invites private sector stakeholders to participate in the development of these valuable sites, thereby contributing to the country’s dynamic tourism growth.
