The Ambassador-designate of Sri Lanka to Türkiye Niluka Kadurugamuwa today had a constructive meeting with the President of International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON), Nezaket Emine Atasoy, at the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Ankara.
During the meeting, the President of ULUSKON emphasised their willingness to continue to enhance trade and investment cooperation with Sri Lanka in key sectors such as construction, energy, textiles and health.
The Ambassador-designate reiterated Sri Lanka’s eagerness to deepen trade ties with Türkiye and to attract further Turkish investments to Sri Lanka. He also underscored the current economic and political stability in Sri Lanka, which creates an environment conducive to foreign investments.
Minister Counsellor of the Embassy, Nilusha Dilmini also attended this meeting.
