The diplomatic staff of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Ankara, on 16 December 2025, visited the ’Chef Academy’, a gastronomy institute in Ankara, which has established an International Culture and Gastronomy Library to showcase the rich food traditions of different countries.
During the visit, the Embassy staff handed over two books on Sri Lankan food culture and traditional recipes, highlighting the island’s diverse culinary heritage.
The books were warmly received and greatly admired by the Academy and have now been added to the library’s international collection.
